One of your company’s most valuable assets is its database. With the New Year quickly approaching and business activity slowing down for the holidays isn’t now a good time to visit your database and clean it up?
- Audit and define: List all data sources feeding your marketing/sales database. Include information such as audience segmentation, list source, last update.
- Review: Eliminate duplicates, unnecessary fields, people you haven’t contacted in the past 10 years.
- Clean: Hire a college or high school student (s) while on winter break to verify information in your database older than 12 months.
